This August, I’m walking 7,000+ steps a day for 31 days to support Australians impacted by heart disease.

In July of 2024 my amazing Father (Paul Roach. Which I've added photos of us on here)   unfortunately passed way due to a sudden heart attack. I am doing this so we can make sure that people in the future will not have to suffer losing someone so suddenly. So that people can be better equipped or even be able to prevent heart attacks.
