Alittle walk each day helps in every way, clears the mind, gets in the air, and relax you! 

Any little walk any time of the day, yrybit and see.

Set yourself a small target and try it and see.

Heart Health so important. Any small donation would be amazing. 

Working my way up, to my goal of 7000 a day, but it's very surprising at how many steps you do naturally without trying. 

Heart Health is so Important, as well as going for a walk, eating properly and not starving yourself or over eating, regular bloods to monitor Cholestrol, TG, HDL, LDL, and also reducing stress levels, and getting yourself  checked out before it's too late.

Cause is so important for so many reasons., it is my family, but also I want to be around to see my kids grow up and I want to live my best life, as we only get to do our life once. I want to make it count 😘
