Steps completed, goal reached!
Sunday 31st Aug The last day of step challenge and I reached my goal and exceeded my step target. Thank you to all my friends and family for donating and inspiring me to do as many steps as I could possibly do under the circumstances. Thanks to your support I managed to feature in the top ten in the state for donations received.

Friday 29th Aug Yesterday looked like a lovely day outside but blowing an absolute gale. And I wore shorts !!! Today wasn’t as cold so I wore shorts again. Walked down a scary path and thought at one stage I was going to get mugged. Turned out to just be a junky off his chops having a domestic over the phone. It’s amazing how invisible you can appear when you need to. Got some steps up though. Share

Friday 1st Aug Hey guys, dont worry, I won’t be posting everyday but thought I should at least post for the first day. It wasn’t great weather but managed 8,000 odd steps around Ryde this morning.
