Will you help me Step Up for Heart?
This August, I’m walking 7,000+ steps a day for 31 days to support Australians impacted by heart disease.
I need your help to make every step count. Your donation will help fund life-saving research and support for those affected by heart disease.
By joining me, you’re not only helping save lives – you’re also improving your own health. Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in Australia, and together we can make a difference.
I’m ready to Step Up for Heart. Will you help me raise funds and save lives? Please donate now.

Steps from the Heart - Walking in Dad's Memory
Tuesday 24th JunIn 1994, I lost my dad to acute coronary insufficiency. He was just 45. I was devastated—he never got the chance to walk me down the aisle or meet his grandchildren. That loss stays with me every day.
Now, at 54, I’ve been diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) and discovered a 30% blockage in my LAD artery. While it's considered mild, it was a wake-up call. I’ve since changed my diet, started drinking more water, and made walking a daily habit—7,000 steps a day—for my heart, and for the hearts of others.
I’m walking for those we’ve lost far too soon. I’m walking for those still fighting. I’m walking for awareness, prevention, and hope.
Every step I take is for a stronger, healthier future—for me, for my family, and for yours.
Please support the Heart Foundation by donating, sharing, or walking alongside me in spirit.
